Thank You all, and Thank you R-D man to starting this celebration.
One year is amazing and it has passed so quickly!
My life is very busy and I am sorry that I haven't been around lately, I know I couldn't have quit smoking without this site and the supportive and wonderful people here!
It's amazing to think that I smoked for more than 35 years and I was able to quit!
I love my smoke-free life, I am in control - not the cigarettes and it feels great!
From time to time I think about cigarettes, and sometimes when I can smell the smoke of a cigarette it smells "good", but most of the time it smells really bad.
I have become very sensitive about the smell, if I stand next to a person who has just smoked I think it smells disgusting.
The most important thing I learned when I quit smoking is to take "deep breaths" I still do that when a situation is stressfull and you know what?
You don't have to smoke - it cools you down without them!
Love to you all! and STAY QUIT!
