I'm sorry Cuddles, I hope you get something to help you through the depression or someone to talk to. You know everyone is here when you are ready again.

Cuddles, It absolutely breaks my heart to hear you suffer this way! The thing is hun, you're NOT a waste of time! You told us not to waste our time on you, but that's just not possible because you are a beautiful person who is loving and caring and we WANT to help you! It's NOT a waste of our time to do that, so please, accept our help, even if you continue smoking, that doesn't mean that we can't still be there for you and still be your friends. We love and care about you! I really miss chatting with you and emailing with you and I hope to hear from you again soon. Please, don't be a stranger. You WILL beat this one day, but right now, it's OK to focus on getting you to a point where you feel better. I wish you the best, friend! Crave the Quit! And one more thing... Not to make you feel guilty or anything because I'm sure you feel guilty enough, but remember a promise we had? You promised to email me BEFORE you smoked! I don't have any email from you! OK, I'm sorry, that was harsh, but it had to be said. I care so much for you and your quit and I REALLY want to see you succeed and I KNOW that you can! You have before and you can again! I KNOW you can! Do you know it too? Crave the Quit! Cuddles, What happened? I was thinking the other day that I hadn't seen or heard from you in quite a while and was hoping that you were still smoke free. Send me an email. Let me know what happened and how we can help get you back here! We miss you! Crave the Quit! Cuddles, It hurts me to hear how sad you are - you sound like you are suffering so much. You said that your doctor is upping your meds - great - do whatever it takes! Depression is a horrible illness, and you're probably feeling helpless and hopeless right now. But, the good news is, Depression is treatable and you can & will get better. It might take some time, but you WILL get through this. I think it is a fair guess to say that a lot of us ex-smokers have a history with Depression. So, while you're feeling confused and uncomfortable and drained and unhappy, let us hold your hands and help walk you through this journey.
