Hi Danielle
I think that my problem is that I have a big appetite. When I am at home, I can eat more with less calories because of the food choices. In addition, now that I am starting to eliminate unhealthy choices (i.e lots of butter, gravy, etc.) from my diet, they taste REALLY good when I get the chance to have them.
I know that once I've attained my weight loss goals, it will be easier to cheat every once in awhile (probably even once a week)...I'm just having a little trouble getting there....
