Trailbum,
You do remember. Every time I go to the grocery store, I think of you.
The hill my never stop, but the view sure does get better. :)
Thanks for being there.
Your friend,
Julie

Congratulations on five months. Also, thanks for being there for me so early in my quit. You might not remember, but I sure do. You helped more then you will ever know.
Celebrate your wonderful accomplishment.
Julie

Way to go, Trailbum! 5 months feels SO good! I'm glad you rewarded yourself. 30 pounds isn't that bad really. It seems a fair trade-off to get your nonsmoking self back.
Now, with your new treadmill, you'll be conquering that little problem, too! Congratulations!
Keep the faith, Trailbum

Thanks all for your praise. I like it.
Anyone that could should get a treadmill in
the beginning of their quits. It can sure help
relive some of the stress we go threw when we first
quit. And it would help the weight gain some of us have.
The weight makes it hard to breath and move.

WELL I MADE IT TO 5 MONTHS WITHOUT SMOKING.
Bought myself a treadmill as a reward. Because of the 1000 lb I gained doing it.
