Hi all!
will be quitting very soon, i calculate this to be my 6th quit.. AND I REALLY HOPE THIS IS THE LAST!
ok.. i'm going to quit VERY SOON.. am preparing myself for 'the ceremony of the last cigarette', something which i read in alan carr's book and am looking forward to do.. i want to be able to smell my shampoo, i am tired of being embarrassed by my stained yellow fingers, i have an appointment with the dentist to remove some nicotine stains from the insides of my teeth AND I DON'T WANT THESE STAINS TO RETURN!
i'm 32, been smoking for around 20 years (yes since i was 12!) and i want to be healthy again.. i want to save up money and ooohh.. i just want to be smoke-free!!
will be rambling here quite a lot so please be patient if i post and post over and over again.. but these next few days i'll be glued to this forum, it has really helped in the past and i am sure it will be of great help in this quit as well.. this forum is always full of supportive people who are always willing to give a kind word of advice and a helping hand..
so here i extend my hand.. to anyone who will take it!
please help me keep my quit!!
would also like to have a buddy, if anyone would be so kind to oblige!!
take care all...
joanna :)
