It has been 10 months since I quit. I can not say that these have been the best 10 months of my life. Gave myself a trip to Europe as a 9 month reward. Had a great time, but was still craving cigarettes some times, especially while waiting around for something. Old habit of will go have a cigarette while waiting kept popping into my head. For a 10 month reward, I am giving myself a trip to Egypt. We leave on November 24th for 12 days. I have always wanted to go there, so this is a especially good reward. Thanks for all the support you have given me during the last 10 months, especially when I was down in the dumps sometimes. We post an update when I get back.
