It is hard to believe it is almost one Year! For you who are in the first weeks of quiting, or thinking of it. GO for it with all you have! It is truly worth all the hell you are going through now. and It WILL get easier as time passes. I quit Cold Turky and would recommend it to anyone that truly wants to quit. The quicker you get off the nicotin the better. You have to NOT HAVE ONE! NOT EVEN ONE DRAG OFF A FRIENDS! Any nicotin sets you back and actually makes it much harder in the long run. It will not be long and your sense of smell and taste will come back and a cigerette will STINK BIG TIME ! You will wonder how in the hell did I suck on them? You will see pepole buying them and think what a waste of MONEY! Set in a restaurant and hear some smoker with a smoking hacking cough up half of his lungs think what a stupid SOB! HOW COULD I HAVE BEEN THAT STUPID TOO! You will pass smokers in the stores and the smell of them will turn you stomch and YES YOU USED TO SMELL LIKE THAT TOO! I am hoping you all can be here saying: HOW COULD I HAVE BEEN THAT STUPID TO HAVE SMOKED! Bump: One YEAR OVER !! 14,700 Cig's not Smoked!! $ 3,119.00 Cash not spent on the STINKING Things 61 days added to my life and I feal that is a very low # . IF this is not a reason to quit ? It can only happen by one smoking ONE !NOT even ONE PUFF! WHEN you think you can not do it! Just think of all the reasons NOT TO take ONE PUFF EVER AGAIN ! GOOD LUCK TO ALL !! BRYAN :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 12/2/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 367 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 14,702 Amount Saved: $3119.5 Life Gained: Days: 61 Hrs: 6 Mins: 42 Seconds: 9
