Yeah, PLEASE keep us in touch. You guys with the 3-figure quits are the prophets among us who continue to remind us that the quit is not a short-term challenge; it's a life-long battle.
Me, I was like "Make it through 3 days and you're home free;" then it was "Okay, do the 3-week thing," then I found some personal spiritual satisfaction at the 40-day and 50-day mark, but the crave (probably more habit than actual desire) is still a huge part of my life.
I'm beginning to realize that the crave/urge/desire/habit -- whatever it is -- will probably never leave me alone. So I'm just trying to make room for it in my life without giving it one inch of power.
