Cuddles,
(((((((((((CUDDLES))))))))))))
What I'm about to say might seem a bit harsh, but you know how much I care about you and how much I want to see you succeed. Please just listen to what I say and know that I'm saying it out of sincerity and genuine care.
Tough times will happen in your life whether you smoke or not!!! Sounds to me like something bad happened and you took that as an excuse to go back to smoking. I'm sorry if that sounds insensitive because I'm sure that whatever is going on is pretty bad and I am sympathetic to that, but the thing is Cuddles, bad things will ALWAYS happen at one time or another!!! If you want to quit smoking (which I KNOW you do!!!) then you MUST learn to deal with these things smoke free! Think about how awesome it will be if you can say to yourself "I made it through such and such AND quit smoking at the same time!!!" YOU CAN! You've got the desire, you've got the determination and you've even got the commitment. What I DON'T think you have is the confidence to believe in yourself to allow yourself to do this!!!
Cuddles, I wish I could quit for you! I really do! I would happily go through those first 3 months of the quit for you just to get you to a more comfortable point in the quit if I could, but I can't! YOU have to do it for yourself.
OK, so this bad thing happened that's preventing you from quitting... what's going to happen when this is all over and something else bad happens, huh? Put the blinders on and trudge forward saying, "I DO NOT SMOKE! I DO NOT SMOKE! I DO NOT SMOKE!" And then make that a reality! Cuddles, I'm not accepting this as an excuse to give up... even temporarily! Get back here and do it again! I believe in you Cuddles! When will you start believing in yourself?
Crave the Quit!
Pam
