nip it while it's just a slip.....trust me...there are no good reasons to smoke. Stress and issues are still a part of life when we quit.....you will always have to get through that first really stressful time.....make it THIS time....destroy the smokes and get back in here. you CAN do this....take advantage of the support here....rant and rave and let us help you through whatever it is. remember....don't let smoking be one of your options....go from there
