Hi Sanju, Thanx for replying. It makes me feel better knowing that someone out there knows what I'm going through. I did get my blood pressure checked and everything is ok. I got blood tests done at the emerg but what exactly they did I don't know. I'm going to see a doctor on Friday again so hopefully he'll be able to help me out. I've been feeling normal except for being tired all of the time. I haven't had an attacks since so thats good. I haven't drank or touched a cigarette in almost a month. I'm breathing really good. I haven't been checking my pulse all of the time. Hopefully I get to sleep tonite. Nicole

hi nicole..i do know exactly how you are feeling,i suffered my first attack around 7 months ago and since then it,s been a roller coster ride for me.i get better and then i forget about the attacks get careless, dont rest properly, party hard..and the attacks are back.i definately think the attacks tire one out.i can speak for myself at least..even after sleeping all day i,m tired in the evenings and it,s really affecting my relationship with my boyfriend badly. what works for me is trying to get enough rest when i,m feeling o.k and not pushing my self too hard so that my energy levels stay constant.you must get enough rest so that you dont feel spaced out ,that,ll trigger off more attacks.by the way have you got your blood pressure checked.i have low b.p and that causes me to feel tired anyway.hope this helps..love sanju

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding fatigue. I had my first panic attack about 3 weeks ago. I suffered weird symtoms for about a week. Light-headedness, anxiety etc...I couple of weeks ago I started feeling myself again. However, the last couple of days I've been feeling really tired. I haven't slept well over the past 3 weeks and I know this is what causing the fatigue. However, I get anxious feelings that this fatigue is part of some myterious illness. I'm afraid to fall esleep because I'm scared I won't wake up. I came to visit my boyfriend this weekend and he lives 3 hours away from my home. I drove here by myself which I think is a huge success but this fatigue is really bothering me...anyone out there know how I'm feeling?
