Before you buy/borrow a pack/cigerrette, ask youself this: Have I ever smoked just 1 cigerette? Also visit WHO and search for 'Smokers Body' and look at the picture and see all the diseases caused by Tobacco. I suggest we all print a color copy and hang it in front us, so that we are reminded everyday. Bubba, Do you remember me from 4 years ago. I had the bad infection in my jaw bone that was eating the bone away? Everything is fine now. I went through all that and a deep depression a couple years ago and didn't some. So I don't understand why I started last year. I am so embarrased  Jnine My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/14/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 2 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 49 Amount Saved: $5.5 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 7 Mins: 48 Seconds: 51

Joy, You just slipped and took a little tumble. Now pick yourself up and brush off that self-esteem and starting running toward freedom once again. Think of it as falling and skinning a knee it was take a couple of days for the wound to heal but it won't leave a permanent mark if you take good care of it now before infection sets in. PS I am not ready for hell to come since I have burned up enough days in the past and I am not a very good swimmer so I want you to get the quit and keep it this time. Joy, glad you got right back on your quit. Failure is not falling down; but refusing to get back up! So you see, you have not failed We learn from our mistakes so brush it off and lets keep quitting. Remember there are NO reasons to smoke, only excuses. Hey pick yourself up. Beating yourself up and saying you failed wont help you in your quit. Just never give up giving up. I gave up a 215+ quit so stop it. Just quit. Hug, and you can do this Kim My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/10/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 6 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 159 Amount Saved: $25.5 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 13 Mins: 29 Seconds: 41

Joy, just a tumble, don't get down. Look at what you did do. You went 77 days. Start again, but remember why you went back as a learning experience and prepare to cope if you get in that situation or feeling again. It can be done.
