Hi Kerry,
my advice would be to go and do something physical as soon as you can. Clean cupboards, or the loft or the oven! Anything that keeps you active without having to think too much.
I recently spent a spell working in a cafe as I was quitting. the days I was working there I didn't have TIME to crave, or if I did, it enetered my mind briefly then I had to get on doing what I was doing. I've come to the conclsuion it isn't the craving that's the problem, it's how much time we have to dwell on them because really, if you breathe through them, the craving has gone in about 3 minutes max.
Hang in there.
