Jenga,
Hang in there!! have you read old posts? there has been loads of specifics on suggestions on what to do for a crave. You need to do whatever you have to do to beat that crave. Are you at work? get up, run the block, jog the stairs, stick something non-cancerous in your mouth. are you at home? run the block, jog the stairs, walk the dog, do something nice for someone, do that project you've been putting off for (let's be honest) years, put something non-cancerous in your mouth, stand on your head (only with a dr.'s note). A crave will pass, really, whether or not you smoke. If you chose to smoke then you are guarenteed more craves in the future. If you don't smoke, then you are that much more closer to not having these monsterous notions in the future. This one works for me - look in the mirror. When I'm in the throws of a crave, i am disgusted by what I see. Get serious :eg: get tough.
