I say stop now. Flush them. The more you puff the more traped you will become. You may not make it on the first.

Awesome Valic - You have got it together....I wish I understood how important rewards were (even though people kept telling me - I didn't get it) - a bubble bath sounds great! Valic, Seems to be a all or nothing habit. I made it 66 days and broke down Saturday and smoked. I also reset my meter today and trying again but seems to be hard to get motivated. Good luck. OMG! I had a flash from my past! I saw the title of this post and thought somebody had bumped my old (WAAAAAAAAY old) post that had the exact same title!!! How weird! Well Valic, as I'm sure you already know, I've been there too and I know how you feel. As long as you've forgiven yourself and are finally ready to start your new smoke free life, that is all that matters. Come on back and do it again. We'll be here to help! Crave the Quit!
