kram, It can be pretty crazy at the start but if you stick with it, things will improve; you just have to tough it out in the early days if you want to succeed. None of the symptoms you mention are unique to you you'll be pleased to hear; I personally can relate to so many, particularly the increased grub intake and the lack of sleep. 12 days is great, just keep doing it.
