withdrawal symptoms

marie this is a great list and helpful to those early in their quits. Two caveats: 1. After a few weeks, stop assuming that everything is because of the quit. As the mods, say if something seems persistent or unusual, seek medical advice. 2. Don't set yourself up to have all of these symptoms. You may have all, some or even none. For instance, I didn't have insomnia, cough, sore throat or the stomach issues. I did have hyperness during the day, irritability, and inability to concentrate. Try to focus on the benefits that you are seeing on a daily basis: breathing better, heart rate going down, smelling sweetly. Hey! Another thread idea!
