Day 3 and it was a rough one.

Josie right now, I'm keeping gum or peppermint along with toothpicks close by and relaxing by reading which I haven't done in a long time. Plus I find myself getting up more just walking around the house to take my mind off of it. I've also found that taking a few deep breaths are really helping to make the craving go away. It's amazing how addictive nicotine can be... Boy was today a rough one.. And the bad thing is, I can't put my finger on a single reason why.. Work went real well, no people issue to deal with, all in all it was a good day. Good things is I didn't smoke, I did chew up some toothpicks.. But I home now and everything is fine and time to relax... I now it's normal but anybody have days like this and how do you deal with it ?????

Chris, This will happen and it is normal! Take the time to make sure you have coping mechanisms to lean on and know by sharing we can help. You are almost through "Hell Week" and this is commendable. What are you doing to occupy yourself? Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
