b, Start with a journal and write in it everyday, this may help pinpoint a certain time or situation that is causing these craves. Get out your coping mechanisms and keep them handy. Protect your quit and keep yourself occupied, it is hard to do these things again, but it would be even harder if you started from the beginning.
