Congratulations. I have had many of those conversations with myself (without the drink). A job well done! One step at a time. Each step is a building block for the next. Hi, You know that it is TIME TO DO IT! That is quit the insanity of being addicted to nicotine. Read here, go to bed, take a tylenol PM and stay smoke free. Where is your quit meter? I stayed home alot in the beginning of my quit. It is a very good idea. But, be proud. You made it through a night out without smoking. Do not waste any more money on cigs. You will just want to quit again. Hang in there! It's good to learn that something is hard...then you can deal with it better next time. Now you know...low lights and alcohol are a trigger for you, and you'll avoid them. Hang in there...you can do it!
