THREE WEEKS smoke FREE!

Well...I'm a quitter! I have NEVER liked using that phrase, because *as a rule* I am NOT a quitter...it took me 28 YEARS to get this far, so I CAN'T be a *QUITTER*!! But, I AM a NON-smoker...AT LAST! After my two days stint in the hospital (still haven't gotten results back yet (have an appt Oct 10 for them)...but I have noticed that my Blood sugar levels are coming down, and are *almost* hitting *normal* range both AM & PM! I have changed my eating habits...and I am actually *slowly* losing weight, too! I've lost 15 LBS in 3 weeks! I am saving up my *rewards* for when I get moved back to FL! Then, I will start treating myself with the money I have saved on cigarettes AND for the weight loss!! I'm feeling a bit better than I was before I went to the hospital...so hopefully it was just a *breakthrough* bout from my quit! I'll be checking in from time to time...but, I'm really busy getting things sorted through, and packed for the move! That's another lifestyle change I'm making too...getting rid of the *pack rat* side of me, too! Good Luck to ALL *Quitters*!
