Tobacco companies are protected because they generate a lot of tax money, I think it's a drop in the ocean, but why not. :)Marie My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 107 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,616 Amount Saved: $428 Life Gained: Days: 14 Hrs: 5 Mins: 7 Seconds: 24

Grace, I have read this. I used to smoke very mild cigs. The problem is, it is well documented that smokers who change to mild cigs also smoke more of them. How would you prove that your intake had not increased when you switched to mild cigs? It will be very hard to do. Unfortunately, I think that the tobacco companies will not lose a penny Mr Ed  My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 227 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,830 Amount Saved: 1702.5 Life Gained: Days: 37 Hrs: 23 Mins: 4 Seconds: 28
