Windy, you don't have to spend the rest of your life hiding under the blankets. Okay? But you might have to do it a little bit still. All of us, smokers or no, have days when we feel like hiding. If you decide to smoke because you are craving, how is that going to make you feel? Won't you feel like maybe you didn't give it a chance? That you caved too soon? You've just finished hell week and that is cause for celebration. You've been through the absolute toughest part. I know you don't want to give that up.
So do whatever it is you need to do to cope...crawl into bed, watch a movie, go for a walk, do a craft project, help someone else do something. Each day will pass into the next day with you being closer to where you want to be. It takes a little time...be patient and you will get there!
Rusty :)
