Patch at night?

19 years ago 0 941 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
I took mine off at night and did have significant craves first thing in the morning. I'd pop a piece of the gum in my mouth take a shower and put the patch on. That dealt with the craves. The gum got me under control quick while the patch got started doing its thing. I used gum and the patch for those peak times and it worked great. I had intense dreams but not nightmares. I ended up taking it off at night because it did interfere with my sleep patterns. I don't have bad dreams, but I do have very vivid dreams that wake me up. I just take them off at night, and slap a new one on as soon as I'm out of the shower in the am. Good luck August
