I know what you mean Windy. I used to beat myself up for smoking too. :( Now that we are quit we can be proud of ourselves again. :) Ya know, it's not too late to reward yourself for those initial steps towards progress. Just do something nice for yourself and as you do it tell yourself, "this is for those measures that helped get me ready to quit for good." Then continue to reward yourself for your ongoing progress AND at important milestones in your quit journey.
