Hi Stormy, Wow....those 56 days are looking pretty good!! How proud are you of that hey? 56 days :) :) This is the worst addicton in the world, and yet you have gone 56 days........that is one almighty achievement. You have nothing to be anxious about. You made a choice not to smoke! That simple! All you have to do is not light that next cigarette. I reckon your sisters will be watching you.....wishing they could have done the same. So be proud of your quit. Rejoice in the fact that you are no longer a slave to nicotine. Be happy that you no longer have to "go outside" to satisfy your addiction.
