Phil,
When you are having those bad days, remember that good days follow. You made it through another trying time without smoking and that makes you that much stronger for the next time. Each day we grow in our quits. Some of those days are good and others not so good. One of these mornings you are going to wake up and you will read something, see something or hear something and all of a sudden you will realize that you can't even remember the last time you thought about smoking.
It does happen. Keep marching forward. You are on the road to recovery. There just seems to be a few bumps along the way when the nicodemon tries to get you back. Your friends traveling with you help hold you up in your time of need. Don't ever stop reaching out.
