Caffeine produces some of the same effects in your brain as does smoking, that may be why your hooked. You can try mixing your coffee with hot chocolate, drinking tea or a lighter blend of coffee. Take a look and figure out why your drinking it so often. Are you craving it? Are you bored or just tired?
