Hey Trish.....welcome to the quit world ;p
Oh crikey, I had forgotten about all the "time" we have on our hands when we first stop smoking!!!! We spent so much time in our lives lighting up that we suddenly have no idea what to do as an alternative!!!
Why not use that extra "time" to do something nice for yourself? Doesn't have to be anything spectacular........just go outside and take in a view, or close your eyes and think of a nice memory, or just......relax for a few moments and celebrate your NEW no-smoking life.
The "time" thing does take a little while to get over....but it does pass, as do all the other "quirks" and "symptoms".
All the best to you.
Rachel :)
