your nicotine addiction actually has nothing to do with anything else.....it has a life of it's own.....a very "controling" life of it's own. When you stop and listen, it can convince you that smoking solves a million problems...lies. What you can't do is listen. Get rid of the smokes right now.....get back to the quit. Don't let yourself keep sliding and picking up speed in a downward plunge. Grab hold NOW! It won't get any easier....it all has to do with making a "choice" and being the one in "control" of your actions. None of the things going on in your life are "really" related to the smoking.....only related thing is the junky....whispering, wanting the fix. Katy
