Shaila, This is a great way to push forward and take it to the next step. Have you tried yoga and pilates? These activities can help relax you and help ease any negative stress. Check with your doctor before beginning and perhaps there is a program that is right for you. Make a list of things you would like to do and work toward them. These can be trips, excursions, hikes, treats, merchandise or even you favorite TV show at the end of the week.
