You can do this!! Just remember take it one day, minute, second at a time. You did it for 24hrs and you can do it just for today!!!
The first thing I did when I quit was print out all the chemicals that are in a cig. I could not believe there is over 4,000 it printed out 15 pages. It disgusted me, did not even know what most of the chemicals are. Take deep breathes and live in the moment!!!
