How do you know??

amethyst... I think, just as you know you can't be around it right now, you'll know when you can. Once I felt some strength in my quit, I went through some practice scenerios in my mind. If there was any doubt...I didn't dare risk my quit. You said, "but there is something social about having a ciggie on a night out.." That tells me you're very wise to keep away at this point. We'll all face temptations while we're quitting, more than we want, so by all means, avoid the ones you can until you're certain you can get through. :) Hell week is over... You're well on your way!
