Hey Grace - a MASSIVE hug to you on your 80 days!!!! You are doing so well in this quit, I admire you very much. As for another party this weekend, I couldn't possibly... Deli sits down, exhausted at the thought of the Augustines and their hard partying- images of Phil breakdancing in only a tie. No, no, she sighs... Suddenly a loud bang as the doors slam open! And Ericon waltzes in, beaming. She is carrying a big "80 DAYS FOR GRACE" banner, made entirely of beautiful flowers and sparkling lights - similar to what you might see on a message board(!) Hi everyone, Glad to hear about your fantastic achievement, Mary! Well done on your 60 days. You're right about all smokers constantly wishing they were giving up. That was the nicotine, keeping us from doing it immediately. I have been trying to give up all my smoking life - and now I feel quite positive that this is it!!! I feel different this time, somehow. Probably since I struggled to keep my sanity at first - and now don't wish to let it go again, through lapsing. NOPE, ever, ever, ever!!! Lovely to see us all looking so secure in our quits! Hi Grace, Have been trying to have a little think about what reward you could have... Erm, how about something really pampering. Maybe a nice facial - professional ones aren't all that expensive. There are some good ones to do at home too. Lock yourself away in the bathroom with some nice candles. Demand the time off!!! Hope everyone is doing well. I've been feeling ok, but experiencing some cravings for cigarettes, strangely. Not crazy ones, but they're there... Won't make me have a cigarette of course. I've started dieting too, could be that, maybe... NIL BY MOUTH!!! lol. Hi everyone! When do I stop rewarding myself??!! I rewarded myself on 60 days, feel like I should be rewarding myself on 70 days... When will this rewarding stop???!! I'm going to get into trouble with the bank!!! (But my wardrobe is looking rather lovely!) Maybe next reward at 100 days. Hmmm.... Will have to be a big one!
