Ericon, You are doing a great job but I have a bit of advice ... Be happy that you quit smoking. Change your mindset. Smoking was not pleasurable. You convinced yourself you liked it because of you addiction to nicotine. Now, face it that you were an addict. Any pain you feel from quitting smoking is purely addiction talking. You can do this. One day at a time. :) Mira My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/15/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 79 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,587 Amount Saved: $276.5 Life Gained: Days: 6 Hrs: 2 Mins: 50 Seconds: 41

Ericon, Glad to hear you still going strong! Jumping rope is great and as your quit progresses and lungs heal it will no doubt help you get back into shape and keep your waistline in check. Have fun jumping rope! Danielle ____________________________ The SSC Support Team

Ericon, it's actually very important that you eat more often...every couple of hours eat an apple and some cheese, or some crackers and peanut butter. Something about detoxing drives your blood sugar out of whack. So don't worry about the 3 meals a day thing...at least for right now.
