wonderful post free,
I still get teary every morning. But, it is nice to feel my emotions and go with them instead of stuffing them with nicotine. I am in the 100 day blahs right now, I think. I have started working out at the gym I belong to, but very sporadically. Most of my free time has been spent reading and posting on this site. Quitting smoking is the most challenging thing I have ever done. And, I'm still not a comfortable ex smoker. One day at a time.
