Deep breaths, Kat.
Breathe in through your nose.
Hold a second.
Breathe out through your mouth.
Hold a second.
Repeat until you are calm and can focus.
Have you been rewarding yourself often? Rewards are very important, especially in the early stages of a quit. They don't have to cost much, or anything at all. Their only requirement is that they make you happy, make you smile. It could be something as simple as just taking a few moments for yourself.
Distraction is also important. Find things that will keep your mind and hands occupied, preferrably things you never or cannot not smoke while doing.
Congratulations on remaining smoke-free for almost 2 weeks, Kat! That is really awesome! :)
Keep up the good quit.
