10 more hours before hell week is over!!! I quit smoking on July 6, 2006 at 6:00pm. It has been 6 days, 14 hours, 25 minutes, and 35 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 132 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 44 foot long cigarette) * Spent $28.25 on cigarettes * Inhaled 1.32 grams of tar * Inhaled 105 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 1,980 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 1.45 grams of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 19 hours, 32 minutes, and 4 seconds off my life

July is great!! Independence Day! Although I should have quitted before then but hey!!! I DID QUIT!!! July 6!!! Tomorrow is a week YAY, finally ... ugh !!! HEHEH BTW tonight is night 9 of no alcohol for me, ( i used to drink way way too much ie between june 30 and july 3 I had 3 six packs of beer, 2 bottles of southern comfort and 1 bottle of jaegermeister) So ya .. umm no more!!! I quit smoking on July 6, 2006 at 6:00pm. It has been 6 days, 3 hours, 15 minutes, and 12 seconds since I quit. Had I not quit smoking, I would have: * Smoked 123 cigarettes (That's like smoking a 41 foot long cigarette) * Spent $26.26 on cigarettes * Inhaled 1.23 grams of tar * Inhaled 98 mg of nicotine (That's like doing 1,841 hits of nicotine) * Inhaled 1.35 grams of carbon monoxide * Taken an additional 18 hours, 9 minutes, and 24 seconds off my life
