Angel, You are doing so very well despite the life events that are happening around you. I admire the way that you are coping with things and NOT smoking; you should be very, very proud of what you are doing for you and your family. Be strong, be determined! Good Luck Penitent d825

Angel, Prepare for the visit! You have come so far and there is no use going backwards. Advise there are new rules, since you don't smoke anymore, the inside of the house and car are off limits for smoking. Relax yourself and give yourself time to breathe. Take a hot shower or read a book, do some stretches to ease your body. Take it day by day and post with us for assistance :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
