Ah the age old question here at the SSC
Here is someone named roger: What is a slip?
There are many more discussions and threads on this site about what is slipping and what is relapse.
For me you are either smoking or you are not.
The idea of slipping and the concept of relapse is junkie thinking to the core. Slipping and relapsing are triggered and brought to the forefront by the addict.
Put the cigarette in your lips, puff the smoke into your lungs and you are smoking. Simple.
Good luck with this. There also a lot of threads and discussions about the quit meter and resetting or not do a search.
