Ah the age old question here at the SSC Here is someone named roger: What is a slip? There are many more discussions and threads on this site about what is slipping and what is relapse. For me you are either smoking or you are not. The idea of slipping and the concept of relapse is junkie thinking to the core. Slipping and relapsing are triggered and brought to the forefront by the addict. Put the cigarette in your lips, puff the smoke into your lungs and you are smoking. Simple. Good luck with this. There also a lot of threads and discussions about the quit meter and resetting or not do a search. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/17/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 185 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,719 Amount Saved: $1387.5 Life Gained: Days: 30 Hrs: 7 Mins: 26 Seconds: 8

This is always a great topic and always one that may bring many different opinions. Please know that one opinion is not better than any other and no views are wrong :) There is some great advice shared, so take what you need and hold it close :) Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
