Congratulations on your 78 days. Unfortunately quitting and the "feeling good about being quit" don't happen over night. When we smoked, we do so when we were happy, sad, angry, or any other emotion you can think of. Now that we don't smoke, we have to learn to deal with all those emotions without the crutch of the cigarette. Quitting is a process. What you are going through is perfectly normal. The emotional roller coaster is the worse part of the quit in my opinion. Go ahead and cry. Sometimes it really helps. Just don't smoke.
