Day 25 & I Can't Sleep & I've Got Diarrhea

If your stomach has been upset since you quit? 25 days ago? You should consult with your family doctor. Your bipolar disorder may well be causing you additional problems and your doctor can perhaps help in that area? Sleeplessness and erratic sleep patterns is one of the side effects of quitting....it WILL finally pass. again, given your medical problem, I would cosult the doctor before using any sleep aide. are you being good to yourself...plenty of opportunity for rest, proper diet, daily exercise? quitting causes upsets in our blood sugar levels...sensible snacking will help this. Treat yourself as though your quit were your most valuable possesion. Just continue to be good to yourself and believe that withdrawal DOES pass. Katy
