Doesn't Have to be Hard for Long

Thank you Cybrduke I don't want to sound like I am boasting and I am not, however I have extreme confidence with my quit. I have the same confidence in you and anyone who makes it through hell week. One just has to keep a strong mind about the subject. Just say, no. I don't get cravings anymore at all. Somewhere in the last of part of month 5, they went away and have not returned. Just about where you are today. How strong do you feel your quit is? Do you still get urges?

I am 200 today. My those days really add up fast. One day leads to another, to another, to another.... Its kind of odd. On one side of the coin you want your quit days to add up on the other side of the coin you don't want to get older quicker. Oh well, I would get older smoking or not smoking. Sure has been remarkable sharing with all of you.
