I agree with you Phil, my Doc has no understanding of the quit process, so I quit talking to him LOL. I 've been through what you're feeling right now, the VOID, you don't want to smoke ...but... something is missing. My suggestion is keep busy busy busy, I cleaned the whole house from top to bottom, had a garage sale, got rid of a lot of stuff, that will be useful to someone else , game the rest to charity.
