Shaila, you can do this. Weekends are hard at first but they do get easier.

Shaila- Don't think that way. Every time you start to think about a cigarette, STOP! Think about how much easier it is to breathe now. How much better you smell. How many less wrinkles you'll end up with! Think about anything EXCEPT smoking. If you can distract yourself from those nasty creeping thoughts even for just a few minutes, you'll beat them. Only you control what you think about. Remember that: You are more powerful than you know!
And w/ that tangent over, I promise to be smokeless, (in HOT-HOT-HOT Largo, FL,) w/ Shaila, wherever you are.

It's time to make that commitment to remain smoke free for the weekend. Make the promise and then stick to it.
In the beginning of the quit, the weekends can be the toughest times. Hang on tight and keep taking one step at a time. Just know that as time goes on the weekends get easier and easier. On Monday morning, you are going to be so proud to strut your stats in the stats parade because you made it through another weekend!
Take my hand and walk with me,
through a weekend all smoke free.
No smoking in Georgia this weekend. Who will join me?????
