Can't believe that I have not smoked for two whole weeks after smoking a pack a day for 30 years!!
Whoo Hoo!
I realized today that I did not have any cravings only one fleeting moment where I thought about smoking.
I am thrilled!

Puppy is doing fine, Marie. She is growing fast! I was gone for two days to Toronto and she apparently missed her momma as she was whining...

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
