Dear friends,
I just hit the 40 mark and I am still hanging in there, committed to beating this thing. One of you brilliant people said....To start smoking again would be insanity.....To start smoking again would be insanity.... Even though I have had the craves at times and have thought about it...something inside of me says no way....Whether you have been smoking for 1 year or 30 years, think about those reasons that made you want to stop in the first place and stick with them..Be strong and recognize the fact that you want to be a non smoker and don't let anything stand in the way of stopping you from accomplishing it.
We can do this. Maria

It's better to be a non-smoker with an occasional desire for a cig than a smoker with a constant desire to quit......
