Al, Welcome and congratulations to making the best decision of your life. Your new life is no longer dedicated to chemicals, threat of cancer, difficulty in breathing or 100 other problems relating to cigarette smoke. Your life is about your health and well being. We are all here to support you. As I have read from others...crave the quit...you are a non-smoker now. You will get through it...we will help you...one day at a time. Read often, post often. Love and light. Al, Keep going my darling. I tried and failed alot this summer to. The best thing to do , is just tell yourself you will not smoke the next one. You can do it. You do not solve anything by feeding the addiction. all you will do is make yourself tired and miserable. I caved for 3weeks just smoking 1. Guess what I just put myself threw the worst withdrawl ever. I wrote about how I finaly quit, this is for me, in the new forum. Believe in yourself. My hubby smokes, if I can go for a month you can do it. If you chose to smoke one more, tell it goodbye. That helped me. Then get a good night sleep, telling yourself you can and will. One more thing use the feeling you have now of disapointment and disgust as motovation to beat nicodemon down.
