I DID IT!!!!! NO SMOKING!!!! Michael McDonald was the opening act, and then he came out and played with Steely Dan also. I was dancing in the aisles! We had 2nd row seats. My friend kept making excuses to leave her seat every twenty minutes..."I have to go to the bathroom. I'm getting another drink. I have to go to the bathroom again." But, I knew it was because she needed to smoke. The poor girl is a cancer survivor too. I asked her when she was going to quit smoking and she cringed and didn't want to talk about it. I just said, "If I can do it, you can do it". We will talk more about it later. Thanks everyone for your positive vibes...yea hurstk..I've smoked my share of non tobacco products also! But, this concert was a blast and I was so thankful I didn't have to heed the call of the junkie every 20 minutes. Have a great day everyone.
